Yes, download .cia and put them into the sd root

Not really, but you should. Its easy, do this:
1. In sysnand, go to System Settings -> Other Settings -> Format System (Do not accept yet)
2. Eject your Sd card (don't worry, it is safe)
3. Accept to Format your 3DS/2DS (let it connect to the internet if it asks, it will not update your system)
4. After it reboots, go through the setup screen and set everything up
5. Once in the home menu, insert back your sd card and let it create some files on your sd card.
6. Your nands are now unlinked, and there are 2 ID folders in your Nintendo 3DS folder on your SD card (one for emunand, another for sysnand)

Turn off your 3DS

I did install menuhax on10.3 but it isnt working anymore after downgrading to 9.2
Im feeling quite retarded, I'm trying to get browserhax on my o3ds 10.3.28, I've done everything, got the boot on the root, cleared the browser data and got into the link. The problem is that I'm getting stuck where the flashes appear (red or yellow sometimes) Without installing, I've been like this for 4-5 hours. Anyone knows what is hapening?

So I unlinked nands (after I have been using rxtools for a day) and can't cold boot into rxtools anymore. I replaced the boot.3dsx and opened a theme again to get it to write on my sd card and hopefully work again but it won't. Is there a solution to this without starting over?

Oldfag here. I wouldn't recommend using 3.0. It has its merits, but as one can clearly see, it's missing some pivotal features that could make using it dangerous. I recommend you guys either stay on 2.6 or make an emunand backup, just in case.

Keeps just being a black screen then I try to close it with L+R+down+B and it flashes a few colors, goes yellow, then purple then says an error has occured and kicks me to the normal 3ds menu.
