1) Gather files

get the 9.0 or 9.2 updates
2) when both are completed you should have a two zip files
3)extract the firmware update zip file and inside of it should be an updates folder. put that folder on the root of the sd card
4)extract the other zip file and there should be a folder called "sysUpdater"
5)take that folder and put it in the "3ds" folder of your SD card
6)run homebrew launcher preferably through ironhax or menuhax
7)find sysupdater in the menu
8) plug in your charger
9)click it and choose downgrade
10)???
11) Profit
Give it a couple of minutes and boom you've successfully downgraded to a firmware possible of running custom firmware

Ok, it's been hours and I really need help, I'm trying to install a legit cia through FBI, the problem is, sometimes the text loads but it looks broken, can't do anything. All the downgrades delete NATIVE_FIRM from your system so that Process9 doesn't stop you from installing an older version. If something goes wrong, you're left without NATIVE_FIRM. That's bad.
