Almost every gold servants I have is arts oriented, so I may not be the best judge.
So far, he has been great to farm with Kaleido or maxed Imaginary Numbers because I don't need any art card to use his NP, which is quite powerful considering there is no interlude right now.
He is also good when paired with a support Jack or Okita, he gets stars even without an attraction skill as well as generating a fair number of stars with his quicks.
