Ah that was actually explained one time when Osca was practicing and people noticed why he was bursting before doing combos.
I'm not an I-No player, but they were saying that it was extremely hard for I-No to do her FD cancel to jD with burst.
I mean if Osca is practicing it without burst then it must be really hard with burst.

Mentioned in a /v/ thread but I may as well ask here too: Is there any fix for the PC version of the game crashing when certain controllers are used? Alternatively, if a controller just flat out isn't detected then is Xpadder my only reasonable option left? DS4 and DS3 controllers respectively
