I tried to save a fellow miner, Iorek, from -98.5%, and the outpost supplies got him to -3.5%, but I only had a limited supply of dexalin and inaprovalin to keep him from perishing, so I put him in a suit and carried him to the station, looking for just a single autoinjector to bring him out of crit. I got us to the survivors north of bridge, where I fed him all the meds he needed to only get catch a meteorite with my face seconds later, but I enjoyed what little time I had to live greately and I'd do it again!

The whole mode is just "suicide if you aren't a borg and didn't steal a hardsuit in time, becauae you're going to die anyway". It's BORING, leaves no room for the typical antics to evolve over time, makes nearly every single job useless, and any attempts at "fortification" are doomed to fail with the improvements nobody even asked for. Even Revolution is better, if only because it ends quickly.
What we really need is a new mode, with a new antagonist that can fill a niche not currently occupied by any of the other antagonist types we currently have. Or better yet, re-add mixed into the rotation.

Wiz rounds where the wiz is running around getting stunned have never been a problem. They cause a bunch of havoc then die. The worst wizards are the ones that stay back and animate every piece of paper in the library while subjugating through walls. Nerfing stunned wizard more encourages "safe" - boring play, which is the opposite of what Wizard is supposed to be. It's supposed to be one of the exciting, short modes.

Gang would just be a team deathmatch mode just like it is in every other server that features it, which while entertaining would be something better off in its own server.
Revs should be unable to convert via flashing and be forced to convert via a process that takes time and can be interrupted. That way they'd be forced to expand with a degree of stealth instead of going full GREYTIDE STATIONWIDE within three minutes while also giving the heads time to react. (On that note, heads joining after roundstart should count too, because otherwise it ends almost immediately due to there only being one or two heads.)
Traitors are pretty much fine, although adding more things that can be emagged never hurts (as sell as job specific tratior items). Nuke ops should all start with pinpointers, since that way they might actually remember to use the damn things.
As for lings and vamps, there's a simple fix: if they try to absorb or drain someone not on the crew manifest (e.g. a monkeyman), it doesn't count at all. It'll force them to take risks and antagonize for a change instead of hiding in the ass end of maintainence with a DNA modifier and a box of monkey cubes.

I thought about adding some (rare) random events that would bring dead players back into the game.
For example, an event which spawns a spaceship with traders. The traders are volunteering ghosts/observers, and they get some objectives like "return home with at least 5 weapons". They WON'T be antags, and their arrival would be announced beforehand
