You can do 2 sinks per day and do both of them in one go.
Caches are every 3 hours and 2x per day. They give a big chunk of xp and give you a boost to your div training for 20 mins. It's only worth doing div during cache boost.

Farming is really easy, just do a tree run everyday, forgot about that also.
Smithing is kind of expensive but you can afk it in Artisan's if you have gold.
Construction even with gold unless you're really good at mousekeys you're going to burn your fingers.

Con does have higher xp rates than smithing but it also requires a shit ton of attention and clicking to get those rates if you're not using AHK or something similar, whereas smithing is very AFK but lower xp rates. Take your pick between those two.

I honestly used rs wiki, spooder isn't that complicated of a boss if you break it down.
He has a few abilities he will use throughout most of the fight. And you need to figure out each path eventually, but focus on one and the last phase and it's easy to remember it all.

I haven't watched his guide, but he's pretty shit at everything so I imagine it's terrible. That being said I don't know of a better one so might as well try it. You'll figure out all the little tricks to speed up your kills eventually, but as long as you can consistently get kills, no matter how slow, you'll be making better money than any other boss in the game.

Not related to xp but definitely worth doing is Vis wax, it makes like 300-500k profit in 2 mins of work. Or you can use the vis wax which is very useful like extending/resetting auras, rerolling/extending challenges and div location cap.
And do ports if you haven't started already.

If you use elemental runes, body, mind and sometimes chaos you'll make a profit if you aim for yellow/green in slots. That's assuming you sell it, I keep mine and end up buying more from the GE since I use so much of it.

Using the boost isn't worth it unless you know divination will be your limiting factor in max/5.2 unless you're specifically going for 99/120/200m div as fast as possible and don't care about overall efficiency. Otherwise I don't think you're missing anything worthwhile from an xp perspective, although there are a couple high TVC daily money-making activities (vis wax, broads, maybe battlestaves) that are worth doing for most players.

I can't seem to be able to make my old char's looks. The hairstyle and clothing don't seem available for newly characters.

This game is bad. Very, very bad. I doubted the authenticity of the majority of players so I took it upon myself as a man of science, fueled by curiosity to see for myself how bad this thing really is.
It's been 15 agonizing hours since I first logged on and I'm typing this from a toilet.
It all began when I saw an internet article that pointed me to this game, how I rue that day. I laughed for at least an hour at the ridiculous stories, sure they were entertaining, but these so-called "grindans" as so many posters refer to them as couldn't live up to the hype. So, I naturally did what any curious, nostalgic person with a lot of free time on their hands would do, I signed back up.
After deriding this game to everyone I knew and pointing them to the funny posts that had no substance I was incredibly excited when I arrived home from the gym and sat down to play. In retrospect, I realize I should have never taunted hell to arrive so soon, for I was ill prepared.
I sat down to enjoy some of the new content and watch Netflix. I played with abandon for 30 minutes straight. I figured 30 minutes of playing would be good enough to produce an effect, being a 6'4" 270 lb strongman competitor I wanted to be sure I played enough as to leave no doubt. I estimate I tried around a third of the recent updates during that sitting and it was pure bliss, at the time.
I sat there for an hour and a half awaiting the proposed inevitable, praying that the stories were true because then it would be more fun than before. Alas, 8 pm rolled around and I had only went to the bathroom once and dropped a very normal stool. I was outraged, after all of these stories. I had tried it for myself and found out that I had been right all along, they were lies!

Then, like a well timed retort, my stomach began to growl. It went on for thirty minutes and I hit the bathroom, spewing the remnants of the game from my sphincter in a very violent fashion. This was the moment in had been waiting for! Runescape did the trick, it works, the stories are true!
Fast forward to 9 am the next morning and I'm typing this from a toilet. I didn't sleep, oh I tried, but to no avail. I quit trying to stay hydrated hours ago, everything I drink comes out the other end violently and ceases to stop. I am pooping nothing but water with bits of Runescape in them. I had to cancel my plans last night and stay right next to a toilet, I haven't eaten anything in hours and I've lost 10 pounds. I just want this to be over. I am sorry I ever doubted anything, all of these ridiculous posts are completely plausible, this is worse than food poisoning. Looking back on the awesome feel and fun of the game, the experience of playing it that was so good at the time was simply a sick, sadistic taunt. This thing is evil, pure evil. Please stay away, it isnt funny or cute, it's from the depths of hell itself. Please, don't make the same mistake I did, take my word for it and spare yourself the agony that only Runescape can produce.
And if you do make the same mistake I did, may God have mercy on your soul.

First up, you can't sell p2p items while you're still a free to pleber, so you're sort of fucked in that regard unless you get someone to buy you a bond and then you pay them back in p2p.
Also, I'd suggest you listen to their advice and dump the Guthans. Atleast the Spear since the price is hyped up due to the new defenders. You'll get a good chunk of cash from it. If you delay the sale, you'll likely get less.
Shame you don't have either 85 mining or Smithing, you'd be out of f2p in no time if you could do shit with Runite.
Right now, you're stuck picking up Zammy wines and Alching. Just do all the good alchables (plenty of them since rune armor market is saturated as fuck) and once that's done, enter the bot battle arena.
Alternatively go to the revenant cave in the wilderness and try to score a Corrupt Dragon Spear. That thing cost a good chunk of money not too long ago.

General use are the GWD gloves for each style, barrows gloves if tribrid for some reason like KK.
Dominion are some of the strongest but degrade too quickly to be worth it in most places.
