What's the deal with the Mages Guild? I'm the Arch-Mage of that place. If the guild is causing telvanni trouble, I can change that shit to suit my needs. Eradicating it just takes power and authority away from me, why would I even want to do that. It would also happen to cost me 25k in bribes which I'd much rather spend on my tower and other bribes.

Rebuilding your Bashed Patch should make it automatically detect which ones can be merged.
You should get the OBSE plugin Trifle if you don't have it already btw, it changes the max esp limit of 255 to only 255 ACTIVATED esps instead of just any esp in your load order.

My advice is to ignore the statue in that vault with the ceremonial dining set. Aside from it not being a very good questline it's also buggy and just not worth wasting time on. As for the crystal I have no idea, I don't remember getting one. If you have the patience to wrestle with Morrowind's CS you can try opening the mod with it to find the crystal's ID then all it via the console.

Oh yeah, there's cringey dialogue but I don't mind it at all. I think Morrowind handles cheesy stuff a bit better than Oblivion and Skyrim because it's usually not possible to accompany it with awful voice acting and most players aren't looking for random sex stuff to go along with it. Only my first playthrough and it's vanilla aside from patches and a grass optimization, and I'm level 32 or something because I've been going in every cave I see, picking every house and chest I can, using speechraft and heal every time I can.
Only done a few guild quests but done quite a few misc quests, but haven't gotten to kvatch yet.

When I say fps drop out of nowhere I really mean out of nowhere. I was standing still in a cave while I was checking a message on my phone and with the blink of an eye the fps plummets.
