With this modified installer, you simply uninstall and reinstall Byond (plus delete the cache) and a new random CID is assigned. It's easy as cake. I tested it out on Goon and provided you have a fresh account and unbanned system proxy set, it takes about 2 minutes to ban evade, vs the half an hour or so the VMware takes.

NON box babies choose TO play on map. Numerous times over and over. No bug reports appear until box babies are forced to join them.
Either A. the box babies are filling all the reports, or B. you need box babies nearby to make you fill the reports.
