Is there a way to tell how much you have left? My Skell went boom, however the number of insurance is still at 3 even though I got a screen saying insurance was used at the barracks menu.
Also, does an AI that wrecks a skell also use insurance? I've had a few turn into balls of flames assaulting Prone bases, but again, the number is still at 3.

At this point, I simply load up my allies with everything that doesn't use TP. That way, when I go into Overdrive, they most likely will as well which gives a fuckton of buffs.

A few additional notes:
The AI will always perfect their QTEs. Don't worry about their shit.
If you get one shotted you may get two QTEs in a row, the first for the "oh no your Skell has low HP" soul voice and then the second for the insurance check. I've lost a few points of insurance getting complacent after the first QTE.
0 Insurance means ZERO insurance. A Perfect QTE won't save a 0 insurance Skell from being sent to the graveyard with all your sweet weapons. Giving it to AI won't save it either.
Salvaged Skells come back from the dead will still have 0 insurance. Strip gear from Skells with no insurance, sell them and buy new.
Salvaging is expensive.
What are the next best lvl60 skells if I dont want to cheese with hades/reaper zentith cannon?
Okay guys, multiple questions regarding augments.
First, which would be the most effective for just straight increasing damage for my longsword build, 3 weapon attack augments, 3 melee stat augments, 3 melee BOOST augments, 3 ether boost augments, 3 ultrafauna exploit augments, or some combination of them?
Second question, does melee boost use your total melee attack number or the melee attack number shown below that?
Ive been trying to figure out how people are claiming to do 1m damage per blossom dance hit. The most i can shit out against ygg zero with core crusher and ether boost and the melee combo damage skill is around 3.5 hundred thousand per blossom dance hit. Im using the lugelbanda ether longsword by the way.

Currently, I have about 350 Potential and 479 Melee Attack (Total Melee Attack is 719). I have enough Global Nemesis parts to make either Potential Boost/Up, or focus more on my Melee Attack?

Average base damage per hit for non-TP arts = (total attack * art modifier) + weapon attack.
Note that total attack includes your weapon attack. What this means is that, no matter how strong or weak the art is or your high or low your bonus to ranged/melee attack is, your weapon attack gets applied at 100% strength to every hit. So raising weapon attack, point for point, matters more if the art has a very low damage mod, like 50%, but a ton of hits. This is why weapons with arts that hit like 20 times have such low weapon attack.
On the other hand, for an art like Shrapnel, weapon attack doesn't matter nearly as much as total ranged attack, and a weapon with 30 more weapon attack but at the cost of Ranged Attack Up X is significantly weaker.

Blossom dance ignores enemy resistances, has huge hit scaling for a multi-hit attack and is usable with the highest weapon power melee weapons in the game.
To compare, Blossom dance is 700% scaling base and 6 hits. So 4200% damage to start with. It's coming from a 444 attack power weapon, so just doing some shit 1:1 math you're at 18,000 damage since it isn't resisted.
Phenomenon isn't a TP attack
Starlight duster is 300% scaling for 9 hits, so 2700% Coming from a 240 power weapon for 6.4k damage.
galactic cataclysm is one 1300% hit for 3100 damage. With an aura up its 3x so 9300
Starlight kick is a melee attack, but it uses your psycho launchers for the damage, so it's nothing to speak of there.
Now what I didn't include was melee combos, which a lot of starlight moves use and which you can use on blossom with a skill. Basically it adds up even more in blossom's favor. And then long swords have offensive stance, which boosts total melee attack. Not just melee attack or elemental attack but the final number which is already large for longswords because of the 444 ether sword. I mean shit most LS builds don't even use melee up XX on their guns because they don't have to. There's a lot of things that add up to it, but blossom dance is just stupidly strong and thats why so many people use it. I could go grab a longsword right now, mildly change my build and be doing well over 10x the damage.
