Good mutations:
Strong Spirit (Leaves you with one HP when you should've been killed)
Rhino Skin (raises HP by 4)
Rabbit Paw (more pickup (ammo and medkits) drops)
Second Stomach (Get more HP from medkits)
Plutonium Hunger (attracts pickups)
Trigger Fingers (Increases rate of fire when enemy is killed)
