Also, to further that in an indirect manner, I would suggest smartocr lite (I use 1.0.7.0, probably the latest version) in combination with translator aggregator or simply google translate to find out what various people say in not-realtime.
It's not ultra amazing and has its hiccups, but it's pretty good if you can actually figure out how to use it. I haven't found anything better, at least.
