It's better to not hit them at all unless there are noone preventing them from charging lasers.
If you get their aggro then gotta hope someone on foot is taking them down. Exoda deal crap load of damage to AIS/tower and their missiles will chase you for eternity until it either hit you or the base.
Yo guys. Would PhantasyStar 2 be the kind of game that im looking for?
I like strong end-game PvE feature, Solid crafting-housing, slow progressing (That doesnt take 30 hours to get to max level... At least 9-12 months), at least okay graphics.

Well, there are no raids if you talking about those. There's personal rooms you can put furniture in, you can customize equipment with crafting, somewhat. Leveling is kinda slow, since you need to level at least two classes.
Graphics might become better with PS4 version release, so far they closer to Xenosaga 3 level.

It certainly takes longer to max level than 30 hours, but not 9-12 months. With dedication, it can be done in a month, or even two weeks, but that's no-lifeing the hell out of it. Most of your EXP will come from special event quests every few hours called "Emergency Quests", which among other things makes this game one of the only MMOs to make grinding legitimately fun.
However, there's like nine classes, and one character can switch between them anytime. So, getting a single character to max level in all their classes could certainly take years. You won't be level-grinding all the time once you max your first, since now you're able to get much better gear from Extra Hard quests.
Else, I think you'd like it. Bosses are god-tier for the most part, but after a certain point people's gear becomes overkill and it's more fun to run things with mediocre or incomplete parties.
Except for the new EQ that was just added, which is amazing.

Try for an Imperial Pick/Psycho Wand in this scratch. Wait for the next Partisan booster LQ and grab that when you can. Further improvements through Saga + Status if you can get them and possibly Add Hit chips. You should aim to replace Moa and Shifta when you can.
pso2es actually has pretty decent 'gear' combinations for different circumstances, it's just everything is locked behind an rng wall in terms of improving your character.

Bees have never really felt like an issue. They get caught in Rafoies and AIS rifle fire while fighting a larger target usually. Their real threat is making more people flock to the tower with a lot of their dots and ignoring other towers with fewer but more dangerous mobs.
If anything I feel like too many people try to cover the bees on wave 6 when it could just be handled by one or two AIS.

You guys should try to actually carry vita MPAs. It requires way more skill than just S ranking something with good players. You don't need to kill mobs around a tower while managing the aggro of a miniboss or two and trying not to get killed in normal MPAs. It doesn't matter if it's mostly melee, the only big hit was lack of WB anyway. It can be too homogenized like only melee with weapons that can't deal with something properly (no wide and fast AoE for flies for example) or when you have no one to burn Apprentice because fuck giving melee some utility, but melee is alright. 90% of trouble stems from people not being able to use AIS properly or nobody collecting crystals.

If you are playing bo/hu, you don't need all elements. Priority should be light>fire>ice for DBs and use boots for the lesser used elements. you can also craft red DBs as a cheaper alternative to rainbow 13*s. For Fi/Bo, crafting a rainbow pallette of red DB is your only option, however it is much cheaper now than it was before the photon booster potentials. All you need is to run CM a few times for miles to buy said boosters.
