FNAF World is about mental illness. The teasers are about suicide and insanity. The trailer zoomed in and implied it's taking place inside someone's head. There's no pedo puree inside Springtrap or blood on Fredbear and Nightmare anymore. It's taking place in an imaginary world where the kids are actually the robots and lose their sense of self- madness taking many forms. The hidden story and theme will be that you can only keep up a facade of the jester or another persona for so long before it cracks.

As far as I know/remember, his shtick is being a guard which dressed in a skeleton costume to try and fool the animatronics, or something.
He already is a very shallow character (not that there's anything wrong with that, shallow, laid-back jokes can be just as entertaining as something all serious and thought-out).
Adding all those random disabilities just so a character would be more "unique" is much like the tumblr practice of making a character be a brown fat woman with a blue sidecut: All the "unique" characteristics simply try (and fail) to mask the fact the character has no character at all.
Now, I'm not saying Skelly did this. Just answering your question. I'm actually just trying to find out if there's a bigger story behind SkellyMike's shit being so fucked up.
Although, if there's no raisin for that, than it might just be the case.

I'll be honest, I'm terrible at perspective/anatomy, that's why most of my drawings take similar angles or I go for something stylish but wrong. Character references would look awkward and forced by me, especially if I do them digitally. On paper I could get them to look alright but then the lack of scanner issue kicks in.
