Well, I was going for AShiva but the Grimoire ship has sailed and I wasn't able to get the red drop. I don't have a team for ASakuya or the stamina to get a Fagan any time soon since I don't play this account that much. The good thing about 10x descends is that there's little variation in your +egg results compared to 3x normals. For example, in Zeus, you're guaranteed 4 +eggs each run, while for KoG it's possible to go 0 +eggs in multiple consecutive runs. Farming Zeus will most likely get you better results.

Coding is not the issue, the code for this is absolutely trivial and the binary data is identical between versions (with the obvious exception of the card names). Coding is never the issue for this sort of thing, it takes five minutes. What is the issue is always management and marketing. All their energy is spent running around in circles with their heads up each others' asses in order to plan the most profitable release schemes and a lot of the time the people are surprisingly bad at what they're doing.
Now there's certainly a lot of valid reasons in the video game and mobage industry to delay release of content, there are questions of content pacing, release date spikes, etc. GHNA seems to make consistently poor decisions however, to such a degree that (in my expert opinion :^) the most likely explanation GH honten has their balls in a contractual vice grip.
