Moogle is the EU /xivg/ server. That's a fact. If you want to play with /xivg/ you go there. Otherwise, Ragnarok is the best choice. Server choice doesn't matter when you're leveling, but for anyone hitting 60 and trying to do stuff in PF it's an infinitely better choice than any other EU server unless you already have an FC to join instantly on another server.
