like, since yesterday afternoon (yuropoor here) when it downloaded a mini update of like 1 second download it started doing weird shit.

The clan is getting made with whatever name is voted in. I can't speak for how many people will join immediately or how shit we're going to be at clan warfare. Right now the primary goal is for there to be a home for anons on NA. I don't know about any sort of revival though I'm not affiliated with any of the older /wotg/ groups on NA. Biggest problems I'm watching out for is outsider turnover and single anon destruction.
Outsider turnover being the gradual transition from the clan being an anon pureblood clan, to a anon/reddit browser hybrid userbase, to full on reddit tier/normalfag takeover. I've seen time and time again that when concessions are made on this front to accommodate outsiders for the sake of some achievable goal it always destroys the core playerbase that the 4chan clan/group was originally made for. I'd rather be a shitty 4chan clan than a successful clan that doesn't fulfill the purpose of its creation.
The second problem I mentioned involves a particularly cringy/drama bringing/creepy as shit/intolerable individual making people not feel at home in the clan but using "being an anon" as an excuse that he/she has a "right" to be there. tldr if no one wants to be around when you're online than you probably wont be in for very long.
The only way I know how to handle these problems is just to play a lot with everyone and hang out. We'll deal with issues when they come up but overall the clan will probably be run on a basis of pure hearted dictator. I'm going to need help from everyone in the clan to make sure this remains a lasting home for NA anons though.

Combine that with crew reload bonuses, equipment to reduce reloads, and food, and you can get a whopping 65x reload reduction for a 15-20 second period.

After a fire it's reduced to 0.12 seconds per round.
That's 500 rounds per minute on a 155mm artillery piece, and your entire ammo load in less than ten seconds.

Wiggle your turret and move forwards/backwards to make your cupolas harder to hit when you reload, and if you can find a pile of debris or hull down spot to cover your paper lfp you can laugh and kill everyone. Watch out for tanks taller than you since they can shoot down at your ufp up close, and the 250 pen HEAT round is more situational than the IS-6 APCR round, but the added penetration comes in handy when you do need it.

But comparing it to the t9 patton is not fair either, because you are missing the point. the t9 patton works since it has godlike gun soft stats combined with really low aimtime and 2nd in tier med dpm.
the shitton on the other hand has 240 alpha, mediocre dpm and although it has better accuracy, making the soft stats godlike, it still has 0,5s aimtime worse than the padton. it's just a shitty pershing that feels better because you could actually afford to put a good crew in it.
