Damnit why didnt anyone tell me that the Tashkent was terrible? Its way too big to be a destroyer and those extra hitpoints over the Kiev mean nothing since its so easy for cruisers to land every shell from a full volley. And since it gets hit so much easier my engine and rudder is down way more often. I would have at least thought having the extra range on torps would be useful but they're too slow to reach the enemy before he has plenty of time to respond. It even feels like my HE shells do way less damage than my Kievs.

So much promise, entertaining gameplay.. Amazing developer team... But WoTV was butchered by the Publisher forcing Devs to work on DLC before fixing issues that arose at launch(April was launch.), and a few subsequent issues that arose from the DLC.
Only to let them go once the DLC was released to replace them with an "In house team" (That took an immediate month long vacation.)
The Publisher shortly thereafter dropped support of the game and issued refunds (But butchered the refunds.. taking almost a year to arrive... and some of the refund still hasn't actually arrived, now that I think about it.)
Will likely never spend real $ onParadoxgames again.

How do I adjust my playstyle for the Tashkent coming from the Kiev? Enemy cruiser shell velocity is no longer sluggish at long range and I cant dodge nearly as well as I could in the Kiev so I get hit a lot, especially since I'm way bigger.

Don't worry about the increase in dispersion for FCS, it increases range by 10% but increases dispersion by slightly less than 10%, meaning it does actually increase accuracy at equal ranges.
