When fighting trash mobs solo in the open world, does positionals matter? I almost never hit Aeolean Edge from the back cause the mob is facing me, or playing Monk in general is a pain.
And for NIN, when is the best time to apply the Huton extender, at any given point under 30 seconds left or should it be fixed in a rotation somewhere?

your mitigation is unnecessary, your DPS could be doubled/tripled, and the WHM doesn't need to make mistakes. You said yourself, two healers aren't necessary. Another DPS provides sufficient "mitigation" by speeding up the kill.
