Well design wise, it's a cool idea.
Artistically, it would add more content here.
Story wise it doesn't make any sense,unless you believe that Chara also narrated the adventure of every other human that fell. A phantom of Chara's SOUL clinging to every human that fell on their supposed burial site.
So I say go for it.
