So what does it mean? I get this when starting the game on a fresh install, meaning no account. I guess my phone is blocked? I was trying to get account switching to work. Moving just the authsave and signupsave files caused the game to hang in black screen. Switching the entire files folder got me to connecting hell.

F/S Jack knows he's not the real Jack, Apoc Jack thinks she's the real Jack, that's the only real difference, but neither of them are entirely real for sure. Because no one ever found the true Jack's identity, you cannot summon the real thing basically.
You'll always get some other variation, but it'll never be true perhaps. Jack is a faceless entity in reality, so as a servant it'll always be something else.
