On one hand I like how this will change lords and kings and such.
But for myself I'm not sure if it means having to start as your son ever so often ? And not sure I like that too much. If a year is 84 days you'd have to start a new character every 5000 days or so ? Granted I rarely get to that point but still.

It's fine though, modders will fix it if it becomes an issue.

It is mostly aesthetic for now, and it's not perfect or even finished.

Replaced the music, Textures, Lighting, Banners, and added a horizon mod, but you will have to install it from the Warband folder, so it will affect other mods you have installed.

I learned that the Byzantine were the small puppet states after Constantinopolis was taken by the crusaders. Before that its just the eastern roman empire.
Apparently the use of the word byzantine is a bit unclear. I prefer to use ERE.

Though I like Nords frankly I'd just find it kinda funny. Sturgians seem sufficiently vikingy anyway, considering they're Rus.

Though there's still a decent possibility of proper vikings, in one of the earlier blogs they said this

Sturgia will have the Vaegir aesthetics, Battania will have the Vaegir gameplay. There's no need for anything else.
Rhodoks might not have a faction with their aesthetics or gameplay at all really. (inb4 Empire/Vlandia because they have crossbows - Swadia had crossbows in Warband too, Empire is all about diversity which contradicts what the Rhodoks are about and the aesthetics aren't there at all.)

Silverstag version is 0.27.2, and it should be compatible with a save game using that version.

I would recommend installing it in a separate version of Warband, in case you have to change back some stuff I changed or are unhappy with it.

I have removed all of the previous Silverstag music (pretty sure it was vanilla) and replaced it with the one from Floris.

If you're overwriting a Silvertag module that already existed in your Module folder then the Music ini will be replaced. I recomend either giving this Silverstag version a new name so that you have this one and the original one, or changing the previous Silverstag module's name so that you can use your previous savefiles with this version of the Mod.

I forgot making a change to the Module ini file before uploading the file. If you want Firearm Weapon Skill to appear in your Character Skills menu you're gonna have to find the line:

display_wp_firearms = 0

in the module.ini file and change it to:

Btw, I've also made extensive changes to how bows and crossbows are balanced in the items.txt file (through Morgh's), if I want to use your files, but keep my items.txt, music and save files, I have to simply replace everything in my Silverstag modules file except items.txt and music, correct?

pike bracing? it's just an item flag
if you've enabled crouching already you just have to open morgh's, find a pike weapon or similar 2h only polearm (doesn't work for spears if they're wielded with a shield) and scroll to the bottom of the left hand column (the flags one) and click is_pike
then update, save and exit
