Sabotages where you destroy a power core have like a 30-50% chance to start a 5 minute meltdown timer. Sortie Sabotages seem to be scripted to continue as exterminates after you blow the core. Don't know about mining machine or tubemen sabotages.

End-game is consisted of Crowd-Control and Melee (Finishers.)
There is no argument about this. Since the dawn of man, once we ran out of bullets, we used melee. Once our melee broke, we used our fist. Once our hands broke, we used our dicks.
That being said. Sorties is a clear benchmark for DE in regards to what type of content they should be shitting out for the future. And it is very clear to me, DE will make more self-sufficient Warframes that will not rely on Trinity, Loki or even Frost. Ivara is a prime example of this. Atlas is also an example even if he is lackluster but on paper he would of been a God amongst Loki. Wukong is another example if you look at his 2.
To sum all this autism up. The future of Warframe will consist of new Warframes that are self-sufficient. Look at it as like Basketball in reverse. Lebron and Kobe could incorporate their team into a game, but they are so self-sufficient and well rounded they don't need to.

On average how saturated is the enemy concentration once the elimination portion of the sortie begins? I haven't actually done it yet, but if there's a shitton, you could use eternal war to chain her 2 and get that mad damage+speed bonus and slice through eximus even without melee mods

That's what I was getting at really, it's mediocre and missing something to make it a great skill. The Petrifaction time is unaffected by enemy level, only their type and eximus status so in theory you could stun then petrify post-deac enemies with little problem but that just cycles back to the whole 'why are you playing Atlas at this point' issue.
I suppose it's too niche of a skill for its own good. Maybe if there was some additional benefit to being petrified, extra damage, loot chance or something then that'd be nice.

Except you can't launch enemies halfway across the map because the Tonkor arcs like a cunt, fires slightly off-reticle and its projectiles move only slightly faster than the ice caps melt, meaning they will usually hit where the enemy was a second ago rather than the enemy itself.
Aiming at anything more than medium range is a cunt, and even at medium or less the Tonkor's arc more often than not ends up between the enemy's legs.

It's a Draco build, with prime flow and the Rakta procs I manage to keep it and kill stuff before the Embers do. When it's the end of the round just deactivate it and let your Zenurik regen your energy for the next round.
You could always remove the blind rage or switch the transient for an intensify (since duration reduces the energy drain) if that doesn't work for you famiglia.

Firewalker is Volt's Speed and a fire version of Oberon's Hallowed Ground. The Chakram is Well of Life minus the immobilization while doubling as a single self use Wormhole. His third is Iron Skin with the old Overheat fire damage aura and his final skill is Radical Javelin mixed with Bastille. So not awful but not specialized enough to outclass any other frames.

Not him but nah, gibbing is actually fairly infrequent with most games. Especially detailed gibbing. Warframes isn't super good looking but it's most detailed by far than most games (especially Tf2's cartoonish red-chunks approach).
I don't really remember the last time I've dismembered someone in a game and saw ribcage poking out, or cut someone in half and actually got a cross-section of the spinal column and braincase.
Honestly the goriest game in recent memory I can think of is KF2 and they went out of their way to make that a selling point.
