Who says I'm bronze? I'm Plat, but normals, 3s, bots, and aram play so much differently than ranked. The only way you get better at ranked is playing ranked. But when you play ranked everyone expects you to play perfectly. Therefore it is impossible to get better at ranked.
But you can get better if you play a bunch of it, but for the first games you're going to get flamed out your ass for not valuing things like dragon because in normals don't value dragon at all. This leads many players to never get into ranked, and if they do they have a horrible experience, get ranked in bronze/ silver, and never play ranked again
Bronze and silver are the most toxic places to play in because 9 people are just WAITING to hop on the smallest mistake and tilt themselves and flame the entire team despite no one really being as good as they expect YOU to play

I've recently discovered Ahri. A friend of mine told me that if I like to play Sivir then I would like Ahri in so many words. He was so sure about this that he not only gifted me Ahri but the Academy skin as well. Still doubtful about this champ I took her into the Poro King game mode to try her out. Turns out that she was not as bad as I thought she would be. Her E takes a bit of practice to land because of the small hitbox but outside of that she's pretty fun to play as.

It's also the reason to not build guinsoo when playing against Yasuo or Braum, because they can take that powerspike from you and it's like the item gave you only the basic stats.

Relatively new here, but a previous high MMR Dota player .
How the fuck do you play ADCs in this game? I know that positioning is key, but what do I do when one of their jugnlers or mids insta-jumps with some bullshit ability and kills me in 3 hits at any stage of the game.
At least in Dota you have stuff like BKB or whatever to help you (also you're a lot more survivable as a carry in Dota) but here there is nothing like that.
Especially this Vayne champ. If I can attack for 3 seconds in a fight I can probably kill half the team, but the problem is I die in half a second and I'm not even focused by all. Just some Zed coming in and insta-gibbing me.
