Your best picks are Veigar and Sona. Sona personally carried ME to Plat, just by doing the "be positive and your team will do better" shtick, and building sheen and damage items on her. Shes a hard hitter in lane, and beats most comps by sheer damage and solo kill potential.
Vi Jungle is pretty alright. Ult adc and you win. Yi and Kindred are too situational, also Kindred is a meme hero and isnt good. Fiora and Teeto are also situational. But moreso Nasus, so just stick to Teeto.
Also just play any adc, theyre all viable lel.Also the "goody two-shoes be kind to your team by saying gj after EVERY KILL really works. Dead serious.

These guys are all snowbally and do really poorly when behind. Vi is kind of the exception because you can catch someone out and end a game off that. But tank Vi is really not as strong as Bruiser Vi(Warrior, Cleaver, then full tank). So keep that in mind. I would straight up ditch Kindred and go something like Nunu, Zac or Mundo.

I think these are fine, both are fairly squishy with little CC so I would suggest picking up Braum, or Leona if you wanna go balls deep.

Drop Fiora, she is a high risk high reward high skill cap champion. Really bad for low elo players. Teemo, unless fed, performs really poorly in team fights so again not really your best option. Nasus I think is a good pick but games don't really last longer than 30 minutes(maybe they do in Silver). So unless you're decent at CS(which I don't think you are considering silver2) I would drop. Good tops that are easy would be Renek(weak late), Jarvin(you can jungle him too), and Yorick(no one knows how to play against him in low elo you can prolly get to mid gold alone with him).

Mundo sort of sucks at trying to play a utility role. He can soak tons of damage, but at the end of the day, the only thing he offers as a tank is a shitty single target slow.
Where mundo really excels is where he can move fast, get on top of the most important enemy team members, and sort of annoy them to death with his magic damage. All the while he is impossible to really deal with because he has tenacity and massive healing. In a roundabout way, he is a bruiser and not really a tank.

I guess there are multiple reasons for this such as time limitations (can't put in the hours to get better when there is no big need for it) and just the general disinterest (I don't think Thorin for example actually gives a shit about League of Legends but he's rooted in the scene and it's the biggest esports so why not).
But another point I wanted to make is that there are multiple ways to be good at the game, believe it or not. If you have good knowledge but extremely bad mechanical skill, I'd argue that it's pretty hard to climb from lower ranks. I think you actually need to have the mechanical skill first and foremost and that will take you to the holy land where game knowledge actually is more important (granted you have at least mediocre mechanical skills).
