Your best picks are Veigar and Sona. Sona personally carried ME to Plat, just by doing the "be positive and your team will do better" shtick, and building sheen and damage items on her. Shes a hard hitter in lane, and beats most comps by sheer damage and solo kill potential.
Vi Jungle is pretty alright. Ult adc and you win. Yi and Kindred are too situational, also Kindred is a meme hero and isnt good. Fiora and Teeto are also situational. But moreso Nasus, so just stick to Teeto.

These guys are all snowbally and do really poorly when behind. Vi is kind of the exception because you can catch someone out and end a game off that. But tank Vi is really not as strong as Bruiser Vi(Warrior, Cleaver, then full tank). So keep that in mind. I would straight up ditch Kindred and go something like Nunu, Zac or Mundo.

Normals are for fun/dicking around/playing with friends. Ranked is for improving. Don't be afraid to drop to bronze, all it will do is show you how much you need to improve and you will end up versing people you're skill level, which is a good place to start in the process of gitting gud.
