Riven is still good, you just build her differently now and people are stupid. Black cleaver is garbage, you still want lucidity. You rush Youmus. lucidity and sanguine, then you build a BT. Build cleaver after that. Tiamat is bad so it's no use building it early, and black cleaver is only for bruisers who can use it as only dmg item.
