Holy Shield - 25% CR when HP is over 50, aka full health.
47% CR from stones
112 CR until HP is below half. Also has 30% + 25% DR built in at full HP for the first 20 minutes, on top of your likely silla ace.
Kei will have higher DR and CR after they've been shot at Isillia starts the match stronger, but by the time either reaches that point they're fucking dead.

I've not seen my level 5 active Jin not use his active in like the last 15 or so tournaments. I know there is a chance but its not that high.
Looking at Kei's new kit you need to hope he doesn't active block and hope he dies in one hit through a Silla ace + his new passive. Otherwise Kei will have more CR than Isillia for every shot after the 15% DR will be stacked too for every hit after.

On the first shot, Kei with Block on has the advantage of a 35% DR totem sitting in the line over Isillia's DR (basically anti-element DR totem 2.0). The gamble is that the AI doesn't always choose to use it but you can't possibly not have any faith for the times when he actually does block.

I'm mainly concerned with the fact that Griffith is going to become more popular, and I haven't invested anything in Isillia yet.
