That depends, I know a lot of people are really really really uptight about mindbreak (thinking back to that guy who didn't enjoy mindbreak unless it took 2+ weeks or what have you). I would say Bishop games do mindbreak really well, but that's just from an eroticism standpoint, if you're looking at a legitimate psychological perspective you probably won't often be satisfied. I would say Sei Shoujo Gakuen has the best written mindbreak I've read. It's very slow in its pacing and there's a lot of thought put into it.

There's only 3 routes. Other two open up after you complete the game the first time I believe. Choices in the game are a joke, you make one choice and that locks you onto a route

When they say a few months to read with a dictionary, you'd be looking up 2-3+ words every line so it's really not that easy.

Can someone suggest me a good text based rpg? More specifically one that isn't furry and where I can have some yuri interactions?

Yuri is rare. I know that coc and tits let's you play as a female but the yuri content is small and it has furry. I normally recommend trap quest but there is no yuri at all.
