Uh, think of it this way - I'm an Australian KFM and I can reliably beat SINs, Destroyers and LBMs, even though they're all absolutely meant to dumpster me. Granted, I'm only at the 1500 range so far, and they probably haven't mastered the art of pressing two buttons (in the latter two class' cases), but I haven't exactly played a lot of matches on this character, either, to go further.
If you put in a tiny bit of practice (which you'll get while you're leveling your character, as long as you spec for the 3RF combo), even the 'hardest' class is still fairly easy to play as long as you do your research. Even with major handicaps. If you enjoy the class, go for it. You'll pick it up.

Forcemaster is less ping-dependent than KFM, and perhaps on par with BM for when it comes to timing deflects and doing long CC chains. Take it from me as a person at 210 - 230 ping who has played every class, they all require decent ping to be played perfectly.

FM remains one of the best dps classes lategame, to the point that they're the only class we have right now that has the option to put reduced aggro generation on their main skills. They never become supports. Heck, they don't even really have supporting abilities. Every class can cc, though.
The best class to play with bad ping and not caring for difficulty is objectively Destroyer, even if it's cancer. What you do with this information is up to you. It stomps in both PvE, PvP and anything else you can think of with minimal effort if you get the basics down, and ping rarely becomes a factor for it. Animation canceling included (I felt I needed to include this because everyone mentions animation canceling as being bad when talking about high ping - it's not. Just use the semi-skill-queue system. Even on KFM your combo works fine, you just have to know the timers of your CCs and know when to finish combos with more cc/knockups)

Standard PvP combo is to make sure the enemy's tab (get out of jail free) is down, and preferably f (retreat). Land a stun or a daze, doesn't matter which. 3 LB F. 3 being Shin Kick (from the Leg Sweep path, it's an extra skill entirely), LB being your main attack, F being Kaiten or Roundhouse or whatever it's called, since I forget it all the time.
Two points in Kaiten, second path, minimum. Three points in Leg Sweep to get Shin Kick.
A standard combo would be Flurry (specced for daze), 3rf spam until the last second of CC, your 4 (forget the name - spec it for Daze), 3rf spam until last second, Tremor, 3rf spam, RB to do an aerial combo at the end. That's your main combo. You have a few others but they're negligible in comparison.
PvE is LB/2/F (F being on crits), mainly. F being Kaiten, again. That's pretty much it. Remember to 3 LB F spam when someone has a mob grappled/held/under stun/daze. Otherwise, just 2 LB F.

There's only three skills that could allow them to regenerate enough focus in Blade Stance to spam strong combos, and that's their V in Blade Call mode (the whirling swords around you that recover two focus on hitting enemies). This remains on you even when you switch stances, etc. This could potentially give them a bunch of focus back, but I doubt every BM you fight uses this to its full potential, because a lot straight forget to pop V. The other potential focus recovery option is your RB in draw stance. It costs 3, but recovers 1 on crit. So, maybe they're critting you a bunch. Finally, your 2 in Draw stance can recover 2 focus if you put a point into it, but it's on a long cd.
The other alternative is they're only using flicker (costs 1) and tab (costs 2 - not gonna use more than once) and their 2, and it just seems like it's lasting a long time.
But, honestly, any strong combos in Draw stance will starve you of focus quickly unless you're getting really lucky with RB crits or they're under perfect conditions for spamming. Are they usually doing their Draw stance combos with you locked in Blade Call, or something? Because that could explain the 'doing more damage' part, if you're not.

There's no flowchart ground combo for BM. It's pretty much just weaving numerous ccs inbetween lb/rb mashing, regardless of whether you're in Draw or Blade stance. It's pretty much all dependent on how much focus you have left after whatever you did you initiate the combo.
An example could be 4 LB RB Tab LB 2 (specced for extended cc) E LB LB 3 LB LB LB X LB Q RB RB 3
It's pretty much just knowing what your skills do and knowing not to instantly use all your energy when you can just switch back to normal stance to recover more.

If you're that honestly scared about someone oneshotting your cat, pre-emptively curl it so that it doesn't get raped and just drop your F on people and go ham. Saying it needs good ping, when the only thing that requires any form of ping is mashing a single button, is laughable. The only reason it's not the #1 class for high ping is because Destroyer has two 16m dashes with CCs attached, both of which can be specced to either auto-win CC trades or guarantee combos.
The fact you could only list the other two cancer classes (which your class is a partner of), when there are four other classes you have to go through, means it's a minority in terms of ping requirement. Even in the event that LBM was easier on the ping (it's not, because it's melee, go figure), that still means that out of seven classes, Summoner is the bronze medal for people with high ping.
That is not a class with a good ping requirement.

Tera is theoretically the closest thing to BnS right now, and they just released a patch adding a new class. The patch may not be the greatest, but the class is very fun and you could probably milk a week of enjoyment out of the game if you wanted to try.

I think it's more like: as a support staff you have to deal with a bunch of issues and suddenly you have to police custom profile images.
Instead of dealing with important issues you need to basically sift through these reported profile pictures and use judgement on whether or not they fit some sort of guideline on what's acceptable.
I personally think that profile picture is perfectly fine within the context of Blade & Soul. But I think the issue is that by allowing an avenue for custom profile images to exist, they're basically inviting this extra strain on support because there will always be people who try to push boundaries.

One thing I miss from Aion is the old profile system they had on their website, being able to pose your character in a 3D model viewer.

We -were- going to get proper fibre a few years back, which we would have almost complete filled the country with by now, with the exception of about a year to go, but they decided to shut it down. Now, by 2019, Australia will have speeds equivalent to what most countries had in 2013. Some places might be a bit better off and have slightly higher speeds, but that's it.
