THey're always manipulating the statistics when it comes to their precious tribunal.
The 5% obviously is actually the amount of people that are CURRENTLY banned, but they worded it so that it would seem as if only 5% of the community has ever been punished.
Just like when they flaunted the statistics about people not getting chatbanned again ("Did you know that only x% are repeat offenders and that y% never get punished again after one time, showing how effective Tribunal is?") which tried to make it seem as if the Tribunal is actually making a change. What the data actually said is that y% amount of people have only been punished once. You cannot infer anything about the effectiveness of the Tribunal from that information.
They should get rid of that cancerous Tribunal for good.
And I'm not even going to go into how bad the Tribunal is at actually determining what should be a punishable punishable, stemming from how it works in its current form.

What's the consensus on Poppy?
I've been having a fair amount of success with her in top lane, but I feel that's only because I've been playing against people who are way worse than I am.
I feel like it's too hard to transition whatever gold lead you get early, into actually being useful and carrying the game, compared to other top lane champions such as Irelia.
What do you guys think?
