I feel like it's a strong possibility that monsters are majority bisexual, or even pansexual. There are so many different physical types that a person's sex probably seems secondary to them as far as attraction's concerned.
It did seem demonstrated that children could only be produced within "type", like boss monsters with boss monsters, but bratty and catty were attracted to mettaton and burgerpants included bratty as well as catty as an attractive person, no-one seemed to object on principle to Alphys liking Undyne or Asgore, et cetera et cetera.
So monsters are probably just fine fucking whoever, mostly.
