I did it with Ace/Lucci/Sanji/Hina/Kaku/Killer.
Hitting perfects and keeping your turn count low is more important than cost. If your cost is under one hundred, you hit mostly perfects, and you beat every stage but Kraken in one turn, you'll get it.

Bring Buggy, an orb booster and Robin if you have her, use Buggy's to get matching orbs, boost yourself and you should be able to kill Carue pretty fast. You just have to have enough health to withstand Carue's preemptive.

Despite all the effort, the waiting for the island, the stamina spend farming, the box space sacrificed, some more waiting for the next skill up, and possibly all the gems used for refills youre not guaranteed to get a single skill up and might have to wait for several months to max that special with the only limiting factor being RNG and the availability of the kraken island.
All that work might not get you a single step closer to your goal, shits frustrating.

you can substitute lulu and valentine with anything esle with their cost, as you dont have the time to stall with them anyways
I missed half my perfects and did everything in 1 turn and Kraken in 2 and got 717k
so if you hit more perfects you can easily use a bit more cost
total cost 86 and only about 2/3rd of my hits were perfects

The point is that it's completely ridiculous to sperg over "Enel" or "Eneru" when "Eneru" is a perfectly acceptable translation.
Back when the first translations/scanlations of Skypiea chapters were coming out (the shitty ones, not Null, Stephen or anything like that), people used Enel, Ener and Eneru pretty much interchangeably and no one gave much of a shit, then Enel somehow became the most used translation and now using anything else is a crime, apparently.
There are cases where Oda provided the official translation (like Jozu, some people used to call him Josh before that), but as far as I know, Enel/r/ru was never made "official".

Dont have Ace use a 2x+Ace and use your highest ATK units and hit perfects
I think the overall cutoffs are 90cost/10turns to get the 700k + hitting most of your perfects
