Wouldn't it make sense that the upcoming rateup are the servants that grant additional resources during the christmas event? Especially since they gave the names of (most of them) out along with the rate up announcement? Seems like DW wants to give people a week to prepare by rolling and levelling for the event. The "new unknown servant and CE release" might even be christmas servants/CEs that they don't want to spoil in a tweet.

In the case of projections, so long as Shirou isn't being being all negative at the time, the items can pretty much stick around indefinitely. They're not actively taking energy from him.

Actually, Diarmuid was less of a knight and more of a Mercenary, or perhaps a Warrior Poet. The "Knights of Fianna" weren't actually a formal company of knights, rather 'Fianna' is just a general term for a bunch of guys who all have weapons together. Diarmuid's story, along with the stories of the other men in Fionn's company were meant to be fun stories for the populus! Simple heroic spectacular tales that the common folk could think about but not emulate.
To contrast, the story of Cu Chulainn was more for the rich people and the pagan monks to study and spread. And it' shows, because Diarmuid and Cu Chulainn both have a lot of interesting things in common in terms of strength of feats. Also they both named their sons Connla.

Hakunos have a lot of outfits in the game, that you can physically see them wear.
Nasu says that spontaneously these costumes just seemed to come into existence one day when he checked in on what the staff was doing for the game.
So he decided "Yeah, lets go ahead and put that in there then".
That conversation with him and the staff all started when he decided to make the Gilgamesh stripping event in the game. He was talking about how they could use his swimsuit as the base model, and use creative camera work to make it seem like he was naked without showing anything directly. Only for one staff member to shout out "You want Gilgamesh nude models? I have that". Nasu didn't really ask questions there, and just went ahead and accepted it.
Reading the data book will give you an idea that a lot of the biggest features of CCC were sort of made off the wall in the last month of development, for almost no reason.
Although that's how Nasu has been since the start, in the final month of development with anything you suddenly have him deciding to create entire new routes in two days at the last minute.
That's what happened with Kohaku's route, which wasn't originally in Tsukihime, but then at the last minute he decided this shit needed that route, it was incomplete without it.

Not quite, you're getting the meanings a bit wrong in this "You know" sort of way.
Takeuchi is the reason for both maids being characters at all, not for Kohaku's route at all. Kohaku was noted to not originally have a route, until they added it after the original feedback.
Also Takeuchi and Nasu split development between the two maids a bit, as Takeuchi handled Hisui's character more and Nasu handled Kohaku's.

Medea is high mid tier rate Caster.
We've seen enough Casters at this point to say that much. Although we do have a lot of Casters disproportionately in the lower bracket as well like Mozart or Andersen.
Medea still isn't that badly off, she's decently up there, but she's not top tier or high tier really. She's someone who needs a lot of prep work to have any sort of chance. She's directly called the weakest servant in a war where a guardian with no status boosts or otherwise was summoned as a D rank servant.
She's not competing with the types like Solomon, Solomon ibn Gabriel, Merlin, Zhuge Liang, maybe Alice if we factor in the Jabberwocky as a very certain part of the scenerio, Tamamo, or "maybe" Gilles as a dickish sort of cheat.
I only count Gilles since he needs no real prep time to do shit, since his book is an absolute sort of cheat item. At any point in the war he can just walk out into the middle of town, and summon some almost elder god type being that might be unstoppable if it has a chance to feed, and he's crazy enough to do it.
Its very clear Medea is a much better magus than him, but that's the difference between needing prep time to be anything of a threat, and just having a cheat item. If Medea strolled out into town and just started blasting people, she'd be stopped in minutes by some servant. If Gilles strolled out into town and summoned Cthulu, it would take almost every other servant to take him down.
We know Solomon and Merlin are the top tier, no ones really touching them, and perhaps no one else really deserves to be in the top tier bracket aside from them. Also we have Caster Gilgamesh now, which also feels like something of a dickish cheat. Its not hard to make a case for why a lot of the Casters I named are above Medea enough to be listed as such.
Upper mid tier is still above most Casters to date.

Karna is really, really fucking strong but he doesn't have the means to withstand a concentrated, well-coordinated onslaught by 10,000 people all worthy of being called a great hero of legend. Amaterasu and Catalhuyuk are stated to both be higher class divine spirits than Sumerian types, and you could easily name one or two others that are on the same level as those two. I don't think you'd have to think very hard, since there's only like three or four great religions still alive at the moment.

Gil is ridiculously powerful and can beat the majority of servants, aside from the ones that have a very high affinity against him, or if he doesn't decide to take them serious from the start.
There's exceptions, like Enkidu, who can just outright match him, but Gil's overwhelming firepower functions as a cheat against the majority of the characters.
