In any case, I would definitely take the bloodlust one especially with suhc a high percentage. Mine only has 3.5% and it still procs fairly frequently on NM.
And don't forget to smash the reload button as soon as you fire. With it your fire rate becomes about the same as the dwarven shotgun.
How would heal on hit, master crafted and 10% less overcharge work on a Beam staff? I figure it would help a lot with rat ogres and specials for getting health back. Coupled with bloodlust, berserking and overcharge venting on normal attacks on the flaming sword.

Again, it wasn't a matter of having to, but it's just quicker and safer to do it that way. Why risk it? Not like you gain anything but health loss from taking on an ogre face-to-face. It's a fucking PvE game, your e-peen is not at stake here so long as you just complete the level.

Is dual swords elf just left click spam? The power attack is pretty nice but it seems to have some weird delay on follow up charge attacks right after you release one.
Haven't tried Sword+Dagger yet, I'd really like to give Dual Daggers a try as well if I can find one with some neat traits.
