Ok so here's what you can do
-1 person must take the gaze every cycle, you need 6 gaze grabbers every time
-Every orb must also go down
Easy Inter approved Strat:

>Person 2 takes the gaze and down the orb as usual
>The next 4 players can then leave the pit, and take the gaze one after the other whilst everyone else takes the other gazes down.
It's literally 2 orb strat, except everyone can stand outside of the pit and cycle gaze holders that way.

Ok, we have some solid proof and are confident on what the challenge is!
Challenge is essentially that all players must hold the gaze at some point during the damage phase, and two orbs seem to be required as well. As long as all six players have the gaze during one damage phase, you can rotate out and use as many orbs as you'd like.
What is already being called a cheese (I don't think it is, it's not a glitch in the mechanics or anything), you can have two phases of damage on two different orbs (or even one orb of damage) and get out, as long as two orbs go down (maybe one, waiting for this to be tested), and all six players have the gaze, you'll get the loot.
Rinse and repeat!

Confirmed that you don't need to drop all orbs, we only use 2 orbs in the front. After that, we get out of the pit and pass the gaze around the remaining 4 members. On the third circle, we switch the gaze around til the last 2, jump to the pit, get the orbs and kill him.
