Lower the placement of eyebrows slightly, and tilt the angle of it.
Eyes are too far apart, make them closer. While you're doing that, make them more round for the inner section.
Lower nose slightly, decrease its length. Puff up on the nostrils a bit so it doesn't look dented.
Tilt the nostrils to open more downwards.
Sharpen up the cheeks, make his chin more round.

Modded generators with a total output of 1998 power units of which around 1300 units are used by the lightboxes. There is a mod that light boxes require no power, but you still have to wire them, so it was kinda pointless to use that mode. This at least allows me to run a whole settlement on one generator.

I love both, but for different reasons. It feels like the things new vegas failed at are where fallout 4 really shines, like world exploration and memorable characters/areas, but new vegas had far better roleplaying potential and writing, plus the cause -> effect that was really prominent in NV is just gone in 4. We got some great things like the removal of weapon durability and the new perk system, but it somehow traded out other great things like skill/special checks and bullet crafting

I loved that guy posting this yesterday. Without him I wouldn't even have attempted to my my own pixel art. If you have to use more than 3 colours it is suffering. Bethesda didn't put any effort into it. Cycling colours is the most frustrating task about it, especially when you realize you cannot cycle to black (off) at all. Removing the wiring on the back after building it is next to impossible without breaking everything.
So I went for the darkest purple as substitute for black. There is no great variation in colours either. If they cared there would be some kind of weapon to "paint" the boxes from distance. Firemodes would switch the colour.Right now you would have to press E in front of a lightbox 8 freaking times to turn it into a hue of orange. I can see why there is little to no art at the moment. Don't even get me started about speakers.

There are mods on the nexus that allow you to clip objects slightly, but if you don't want a mod;
1. bring up the console and enter TLC. this will turn off colission
2. grab a wall, or a floor. Hit tab, and it will fall back into place where it was, but it's collision will be turned off.

You kill Raider Asshole in Power Armor, and you loot him. You can't take the frame, but you CAN take his PA arms, legs, and torso.
So you run back to sanctuary, find an empty frame, run up to it and "transfer", and you can place all those raider power armor parts on it. Now you have a suit of raider power armor.
Those suits you find out in the wasteland, like the one for the main quest, are on frames that are unoccupied, waiting for someone to open them.

the way I do it is a bit simpler.
the new launcher wipes your plugins.txt file. so before you start the game, make sure your mods are all configured as you like and then make plugins.txt read-only. you'll need to take this off whenever you want to change your mods again, but NMM will ask to take it off for you.

It's more of a place of their own thing, of course they won't use it because there's no script to assign them or animations for that.
Although Curie is usually found in the lab at the chem station or doing things with the Terminal, while Danse is on the main level tending to the PA's. So these two work. I don't really know how I'll prod Hancock and Cait into the recreation lounge.

Okay, here's my current list.
There's a couple on here I downloaded i was curious about (mainly the one that will make my character's ass less shitty than Danse butt) but otherwise it looks pretty good.
I HIGHLY recommend everything I already had activated from my last playthrough though. Especially the radio extender. It's not the best fix but man oh man is it better than hearing the same shit again and again.
