We don't have a single 5* Lancer, all the knight class servants from the promotion group would be on the same level while the cavalry class servant would be on a lower one that's equal to each other, she is lore-wise strong enough to justify being a 5*, and most importantly she is popular now so DW can expect people to spend money on her. At this point it feels like a safe bet to say that she'll be a 5*.

The way arts bonus skills work means that it would be 6% more damage, 6% more on however much it charges (so probably 1% given how much most arts NPs charge back).
Considering this skill is only really useful when you have that AOE NP up, the only meaningful difference between cd 6 and cd 5 is when you have
1. already charged up the NP again in 5 turns
2. both units are still alive (unless you killed a farming wave this will probably not be the case since 5 turns is enough for any servant to blast you with a NP)
3. this turn is optimal to fire the NP (the right cardset for a triple arts brave chain, and/or useful skills to pop have recharged)

Yes each day of the week has a different set of quests, read the OP.

Unless you're really into Fate or have some waifu thing going on, this game is better left alone.
That said, free quests do not reset. Once you have done it the X amount of times needed to get the quartz, you can still do it again but there is no more reward for completing the chain like the first time.
Each day has its one dailies, but some are repeated. The dailies are always the same every week (for example, Sunday is QP instead of an EXP daily).
The mana prisms reward for doing them once do reset every day, but if you're looking to get more of those you can just burn 3* and higher, especially 3* EXP (1 for 1 mana prism, you get a few from the 30AP EXP dailies).

He's not a man who's lacking at all, you get into a sword fight with him and suddenly your knees are shot off and there's no proof you even came to that country by the next day.
Plus he really knows how to kill magus, and despite you probably saying you think Shirou isn't a real magus, the reason stated that Bazett can solo Shirou with ease is because she's very good at killing magus. Even an outlier type is still subject to being taken down hard by the normal methods.
Faldeus is a guy who's expert at using the methods we see Shirou get beaten by time and time again in the novel. Like when Caster cast a hypno thread on him in his sleep. One of Shirou's weaknesses is that he can't be always "on", and he's no stronger than a normal human when he's just as he normally is there.
I can't imagine it would ever be a straight sword fight though, it would be pretending to be a sword fight only for Shirou to get shot from a few miles away. Neither of them are actually swordsmen.
