Cyberpunk 2077 is an upcoming action role-playing video game based on the Cyberpunk series of tabletop role-playing games. Announced in 2012, the game is being developed by CD Projekt RED. Cyberpunk 2077 will feature a dystopian futuristic world in which ultra-modern technology co-exists with a degenerated human society.
The game aims to be mature and ambitious, with character customization being strongly tied to the plot. It will have a non-linear story with different character classes. It will have both first-person and third-person perspectives.
Lead writer Sebastian Stępień said the game will have non-player characters speaking in non-English languages. Player characters who don't speak the language will have to buy a translator implant to understand them. Stępień also said they would try to get native speakers to do the voices. Stępień has stated that "You can't reliably recreate the street slang of Los Angeles or some other American city; you can't simply dub it and reproduce those emotions, rhythm of speech, mannerisms... I think Sanctuary is absolute garbage. It is the worst settlement and only bad people build anything but a water purifier farm there.
1) Tainted by annoying NPCs if you progress minutemen at all.
2) Ugly buildings that cannot be scrapped and can barely be adequately repaired, limiting design freedom everywhere.
3) Shitty layout and terrain. Open area that is obstructed all over the place.
4) Many objects that cannot even be console disabled and need mods to remove (and they still don't get all of them).
5) Shitty foundations out of alignment with new tilesets.
It is only for reddit faggots who want to show off their same-texture x400 box forts. They are to FO4 what gridders are to city building games.

These are all the same gun with slightly different stats.
If you're going to try to argue that the AR doing slightly more damage than the CR makes it a totally different gun, you might as well say .38, .308 and .50 hunting rifles are all totally different weapons. Throw in all the different enchants and suddenly the hunting rifle now counts as 60 different guns.
It's the same shit as Borderlands but with that classic Bethesda laziness rubbed into the mix. Does anyone else think that this games biggest flaw is that you've already seen everything like 20 hours into it? I just feel no incentive to play anymore. What I do has barely any effect on the world.. I've seen all of the enemies.. I've seen most of the guns.. Why go on? The only way you can get away with revealing everything that early, is by having great writing.. And FO4 sure as hell doesn't have that.
This game needed more missions like the tenpenny tower/ghoul thing in FO3. Missions that actually make you feel like you can make a change in the world.. FO4 just doesn't do that for me. I feel like I'm just aimlessly drifting around...Going through the same events that everyone else is going through without being able to add my own personality to the world.
Bethesda really fucked up man. The biggest allure of their games was that the world could change based on your decisions. They've completely fucked up the best part of their games. I'm going to go play the witcher now :(

The main thing almost the entire Institute agrees on that is (at least partly) wrong is that the wasteland is a horrible, utterly unlivable, irredeemable hellhole. Try running what I am doing. Stealth + Broadsider + Quad Barrel Missile Launcher.
Missile Launcher is used as basically a sniper rifle or for clearing rooms. Broadsider is used for assault. Explosives + Big Guns stack on both for damage. It's retardedly good.
I have used big guns the entire game, but with Broadsider and Missile Launcher I feel like I have basically a stronger stealth sniper build, with way better options for "Not dealing with shit".
When I don't feel like dealing with shit I can either carpet bomb it with ridiculous fatman damage or can bombard all windows/areas with scoped missiles. They are even better than a sniper rifle since they can go around corners/cover.

They're VISUALLY indistinguishable from humans in that they bleed and sweat, not absolutely identical otherwise they'd not be able to do anything humans can't, The Institute would need to feed and water them, they'd need to sleep and be protected from radiation i.e. developing Generation 3 synths would have been pointless.

It's a great gun. Also the width of the projectile does not appear to be factored in, fully, in vats. Thus a lot of my "misses" end up hitting anyways. Cannonball is huge.

Coursers are selected from regular Gen 3s when they show a distinct lack of personality and free will and show a great attention to detail and do anything they can to get the job done quickly and efficiently.
Then they begin training the selected candidates and those who can't keep up have their memories wiped and are sent back to their original task. Those that pass are promoted to Courser and need to keep passing regular tests to prove that they are still Courser material. The second they question orders, give an excuse, or show any hint of free will, they are memory wiped and sent back to their original task.
Read the terminals, dude. One of the main reasons why the institute hates McDonough and continues to let Piper expose him despite his pleas to have her terminated boil down to him having too much free will and personality during a checkup where he asked to be made a courser because he's so great at his current job.

Except they do, you can find them doing any of those things in the Institute, or in your settlements. Curie remarks about how not doing any of these things could potentially kill her. I once encountered the physician at the Institute giving one a shot, then lamenting about not being able to cure the common cold. Also, Stimpaks work on them, meaning they must have an immune system that is comparable to a normal human.

If it were void of natural resources, then none of the humans would be able to survive that are currently alive. All we know is there's at LEAST enough resources to have kept the current population alive, and we can see that most of the necessary resources for survival (water, food) is easily made in settlements. Also, if only 1% of the population survived or less, that means there's not only an abundance of resources, but it's too much to use up. Hell, 210 years later and none of the cars or buildings have been salvaged yet.

As the doctor literally says in the quest you can't edit a normal human brain like that and a human brain can't handle machine code anyway. Since Synths are biomechanical and set up for memory editing so they can be used as sleeper agents there was a chance CVRIE's highly modified and partially self-developed Ms. Nanny software would work in a Gen3 chassis.
