While i do like that flashpoint, it's a terrible one to try and do with random players. The turrets and puzzle elements are like snow to southern drivers, it makes them into blithering fools.
Heck, back at launch, I had guild members who couldn't grasp the puzzle part and needed meticulously hand- holding to do their parts, at least until I whipped up a guide in mspaint point with pretty colors showing which switch connected to what (and even them, it usually required repeated requests to get them to go back and continue channeling). Nice people, but just not very good at figuring out new things.

Every time you finish chapter 2 on a class you unlock that class buff for your whole Legacy. And yes, it carries over to the opposite faction without stacking with their equivalent buffs.
