let's say I find a great CD, I take a note of the ID to spread its love
how, as the "founder" of this dungeon do I farm it myself? If I remove the chalice with the dungeon already completed, don't I also remove the "ID" making it inactive? Would I just have to create another dungeon, on a spare tombstone with my ID, i.e. let this one already run through dungeon sit forever on one of my tombstones, occupying one slot?

Or you could cheese him with hunter's axe.
Get a pillar in between you, and he will shoot the pillar forever. You can go close and charge R2 him. When he comes out, you do dodge->attack until go get him in position again.

I tried spamming some guy the other day and between blasts he just equipped his cannon and blew me the fuck out. There's plenty of gaps in which your adversary can escape. I find it actually works better if you keep switching between lock ons, or just slowly rhythmically waggling the left stick left and right so you get a better spread, that tends to stagger them a bit more

I think the church cannon may be superior to the cannon though, you can fire it twice as much as the cannon and it might have a bigger AOE but I don't have the 16 BLT to test it. I think the scaling and base is even worst so I don't see the point to use it as well

Are weapons in bloodborne generally weaker than the souls games? I feel like taking down bosses always takes much longer. I'm struggling on the first chalice dungeon beast because i get bored with the head baiting and mess up.
