How far is this game now? I loved it when I got it, but didn't want to invest too much time before the full experience was out.
Haven't played the Cove or the latest update.
Is it worth re-installing for them? Kind of interested to try out the new classes and find out some nice party synergies.
Is the game much harder? Is the balance of the classes and content in a good spot?
Bumping with some OC I made back when the game first came out and this general was really popular.

Got back into Dankest Dungeon recently.
Really want to try Arbalist-Occultist-BH-BH and fucking mark-n-collect everything. Sac Stab and delicious heals aplenty.

They better add a mechanic to benefit finishing fights early since I can't even take time to heal up and stun the last monster while still using normal damage attacks on it without everyone becoming completely ass blasted over it. They went way overboard with the stalling shit, just trying to heal off death's door and stun so I don't get attacked and lose somebody is the only reasonable thing to do while still dealing damage, now you've got to either ignore stunning or ignore healing and play like a retard or else

The new stall mechanic is ass. I can't count the number of times It's triggered when I'm not even trying to stall.
It's the most restrictive mechanic I've seen, It's worse then the main game mechanics. You literally have to play a certain way or you get punished.
It's not fun or challenging, It's a chore that is slowly making me stop playing

It really is fucking aids, at least they gave the ability to turn off heart attacks and corpses which I think positively balance ranged characters for the better and make higher tiers of stress heals actually useful in some way but keep this shit in with no way to turn it off. It's way more fucking annoying and tedious than increasing the upgrade requirements by so much
