i live in an area that used to be fairly underdeveloped, hell there used to be a couple farms right next to where my neighborhood currently is and the farms were there when i was a kid so its only fairly recently my area became fairly developed and some parts of the city and surrounding cities still have people with personal livestock (llamas, horses, goats being the most popular) fpr various reasons. Basically you learn the ins and outs of animal breeding, was a weekend long, and an intro course, there were another 2 or 3 courses after. The intro went into how to do it, why you do it, etc. Long story short by the end of it we each ended up just about shoulder deep in a horse's vag, kind of a weird experience
that alone prevented me from telling my buddies/family

Stats

>~90 str (buffed or unbuffed)

The idea being that Ppots can be a bitch to make (farming sucks fite me) and this can be a way to do barrows when you are out of ppots and dont want to make more
You pray your way through the barrows brothers, then use the grotto between rounds to refill your prayer, ddagger is for special to clear faster
Pros
>no ppots
>take nearly no dmg
>can do more runs back to back
>less setup so doing a single run is ezpz
>no item micromanagement
Cons
>longer time to do runs as you have to refill your prayer
>high gear and stat requirements

Might just be better to pot up and range kill then swap to melee for karil and ahrim, not 100% sure yet

If your combat is under 68, you can one click pickpocket Heroes instead of needing to right click them.
Also, the grind to 99 gives you a lot of mats for other skills, in particular Crafting (the mats from Heroes got me from 61 to 81).
