Apparently you get more hp with every level and by that point you can fight without dying even with regular armor pieces.
Never looked back, to be honest. I like avoiding damage by pressing buttons and not relying on resists. I mean, if I really suck dick I can just use chem instead, right? Power armor is just an excessive crutch.

Maybe. There's some significant differences to Skyrim, but some things are possible. Here's some pros/cons for your waifu sim:
Pros:
- Bodyslide should be finished within a few days.
- FO4's facegen is much better than Skyrim's, obviously, and thus an extensive RM/ECE probably won't be necessary for stuff less than vertex editing (which, of course, autists will require)
- LL's already started on an overarching framework to break down different bits of lewd modding so that they will, at least hypothetically, be less problematic to incorporate with each other (for instance, various mods affecting boob inflation in Skyrim)
- We can already pull animations out to 3Dmax which is nice
- There's a new file type series called SSF, which (apparently) is related to the size of npc/player character. Nifscope hasn't been updated yet, but this should be interesting.
Con:
- Caliente will probably be out before Sevenbase or whatever, so don't expect something a lot better

I'm vaguely hopeful that we're finally at the point where modifying characters in a bethesda game can be done purely by hooking on to the existing variables rather than needing to outright replace things and use script extenders. I didn't maximize the perk, but many being hostile and more difficult to hack compared to just pointing your gun at them like the CHA ones really bumped this up to turd tier for me.
So with the final level perk you'll be able to have it follow you around like a psuedo follower?
Does it respawn after it dies? If there's a limited amount of worthwhile hackable robots that really weakens this as a perk.

Throw 6 perk points at these and nothing will ever get in your way. Drop it to 4 if you are okay with occasionally having to look for a key or a terminal that opens the master locked door.

Couldn't disagree more. Rads are a pain in the ass and aquagirl removes all problems with swimming in one fell swoop. You can just go crazy with the water and never have to think about it. It's a single perk point well spent. (2nd rank is garbage though)
