If anything the 'true' alpha end is more sugary, the problem is it disregards any character or development in exchange for it.
The way you access Hanako's route is by ditching Lilly's route to "take care of Hanako".
All the conflict is thrown out the window, she is basically perfectly fine after one fuck with Hisao, the multiple h-scenes are very forced and awkward, by the way, in particular the fan art, which is way over-sexualized and doesn't fit the tone at all.
Her mental issues disappear to the extent that she is wearing a brightly coloured spring dress in one scene, and partying with all 6 girls (for some reason) toward the end.
Her recovery is particularly weird if you consider how extreme it supposedly is during the bad ends, and oh, are they bad.
Oh and surprise pregnancy end that was so bad the team tried to edit it out.
This is the only nice peace of art for it, the rest of the money that went toward it was all spent on porn commissions for the gratuitous sex scenes.
