We always talk about cpu waifus, lets discuss the best candidate instead; uni.
Rom and Ram are not even worth considering because they are considerably less developed character wise than nepgear and uni, and their 'plot involvement' can be said to be the least of all of the "main cast". Sure they're cute and all, but aside from that there's not much to be said about them.
Next up is Nepgear. She's ok, she's cute and all, but like other than being forced into the protagonist role for that one game by plot circumstance, is there really ANYTHING that can be said about her? she's a diligent hardworking little girl who likes robots. ok
Now we got Uni. Uni is fuckin adorable, she has a cute little tsundere personality, and frankly does it MUCH better than Noire (arguably more 'acceptably' too as Uni is the flat little girl, and flat little girls make better tsunderes than normal aged average chested girls like Noire, also Noire dresses too skanky in general which paired with the tsun is kind of weird anyways since those are supposed to be girls who are less cognizant of their own sexuality and urges and therefore unable to process their dere properly, while noire dresses like a slut but pretends to be an innocent little girls which isn't bad in it of itself, but uni's shtick is overall superior.)
Also uni looks better in a school swimsuit, and that's the best type of swimwear, while noire barely understands how to put on a slutty bikini on correctly, so it's really weird with noire, it's like she's slutty, but not very good at it, but also tsundere so it's just like a whole mishmash of things which don't fit together as well as the tried and tested cute little tsun flat girl who is ALSO an imouto, and those HDD drills are glorious so basically

The true end route starts with Segami and Iffy actually going to each era's critical moment to reverse History Eater's involving in twisting history, and it starts with Iffy and Segami going back to Saturn era.
Iffy and Segami went to that moment when Saturn and Neptune were about to fight where they were erased from history. The proof in the pudding that Iffy and co were from the future was none other than Nepbike talking to Neptune and Saturn. Neptune picked up on Nepbike being her from diverged world line right away, and Saturn came to accept the story, and made nice with Neptune. Sega was breaking out in tears over history getting sorted to a better direction.
And then this voice sudden said that it won't allow for this, and Saturn zoned out, then woke up being possessed by something as she lashed out on Segami, with Nepbike taking the hit.
This seriously upsetted Iffy, who saw her bike getting trashed by Saturn.
That entity wasn't about to let Segami and Iffy meddle with its work. Both Iffy and Segami didn't know that this being who's possessed Saturn was the one behind the scenes, and Iffy was outright furious at the damage done to Nepbike. Segami was actually telling Iffy to ease it as this was Saturn's body, but Iffy was completely absorbed in payback, and ordered Neptune into beating up Saturn. Iffy differentiated Neptune from Nepbike by calling Neptune as Nepko no.2, and both obliged to lend a hand (course Nepbike doesn't have hands)

Typical Nep moment: Iffy pored fuel into Nepbike's fuel tank from Nepbike complaining about being hungry, and Nepbike cried out about how cold the fuel was.

However, Iris Heart fought off History Eater's control just in time as she knocked herself out.

Game Gear saw the trio heading to the point that open civil war was happening between Game Gear and Nepgear's faithfuls and Game Gear offering to limit the casualty to just her or Nepgear in a duel to death.
Nepbike decided to rush into the scene with Segami on her back, and Nepbike proceeded to run into the duel, but she ended up running over Nepgear, causing a major commotion and change the course of history.
Nepbike was fine since the world line would correct itself, but seeing Nepgear being unresponsive made Netbike panic. Nepbike absolved all responsibility as she pinned Segami down as the fall girl for the traffic accident, which Sega vehemently protested to.
Iffy reassured a panicking Nepbike that Nepgear would be fine from the world line correcting itself, and the trio fled from the scene.
They return to a different point in time after that incident, and they found themselves with Nepgear who couldn't pacify the citizenry. At that moment, History Eater spoke up and decided to change his game plan and wanted to just turn the CPU into dead meat.
You start a fight against History Eater's seeds (monsters), killed all four, and the trio started to explain what's going on, but Game Gear's followers still wanted Nepgear's head on a platter. It's at that point that Game Gear showed up and pointed out that there's fifth column of the History Eater who's stirring up this conflict among the citizenry. History Eater then spawned more monsters, and Game Gear readily lend her support as she was the protector of the world as well.
The citizens reacted by saying that they were fooled all along, then Iffy and co took their leave.

The impact of these actions had manifested in that scene at Dreamcast era, where Dreamcast and Uzume talked about how they dreamed about being locked in combat with one another for the fate of the world, and they wondered about how that they would feel this way then SeHa and CPU work together for a happy and peaceful world.
Iffy and Sega were relieved that the world turned out peaceful and explanation to Dreamcast and Uzume about the state of things was unnecessary. Dreamcast and Uzume met them, immediately greeted them, but quickly went into a loss as to why they know of the trio.
History had changed, but the Uzume and Dreamcast somehow remembered the other world line.
The change to the world line was all the more evident when Histy asked the trio to look outside when they returned to the library, and thy were greeted with this scene. Histy noted that the history books were all swapped and Nepbike noted that the world was as barren as Mars when she first laid eyes on it.
Iffy wondered aloud if all of this was for the best, with Sega immediately taking the yes side, who said that this was what she had hoped for as she zoned out. Iffy redirected the topic to the topic of memories, and Nepbike's 4th wall comment on the game not having that memory reset as a setting was how the matter was left at.

Sega Hard Girls would be the most likely just because of it being an in house game. Other than that, they'll keep quiet about Neptunia V-II PC until the end of the year and start showing off Blanc, Seha, Fairy Fencer, and that drpg. There's plenty of releases to go around, but more than likely PS4/Vita will be getting all the love for the first half of the year.
