There was a glitch where you can go to corescant/dromand kass as the opposite faction through the stronghold. It was supposed to have been patched but some people have been keeping "sleeper characters" on those planets from before the patch and are probably logging into them now.

Basically you use an expensive tool for rapid prototyping (=code, design,architecture is spaghetti and shit) to create a nice version you can hype for stakeholders. Then someone along the line goes "hey this rapid prototype looks nice, let's use that instead of doing starting from the beginning again with a sane design, architecture and code base".
