At 20, you get that 50% experience buff which lasts for an hour and then you can refresh it all the way to 90 in a single day if we go fast enough (you get follow ups every once in awhile). If we did that to 90 once every 10~ hours or so, you could have an extra 90 every twenty hours or so (and I'd have one every 10 hours).

It's completely useless in anything but very specific roles in RBG. If you're not serious about it you can still have some fun in casual PvP though.
