M46 is better than panther II in literally every way and it's the same BR and tier. I have over 200 games in both of them, with M46 spaded while only missing APCR on the Panther II and I can say for certain that M46 is better.

T-44 has an armour to go against 6.7 shit without a problem (you can get bounces from your gun armour by turning the turret at the right moment) and all other tanks in his list that aren't 6.7 don't have a problem killing 6.7 shit, if you're at least slightly competent player. He forgot to add T-34-100, but yeah, considering the fact people are actually whining about M46 being bad, I don't expect them to be one of the competent players anyway. Lack of penetration on the HEAT doesn't stop me from killing T-54s from the front with it. 90% of kills I got in both tanks are from sides anyway and M82 one shots things way more reliably than the long 88's APHE. On the subject of "Top Speed Doesn't matter" I really hate that thing even when flying planes that are considerably faster than it. It has really weird energy retention. It's kind of like a Japanese cannon Chaika, I know well enough not to turn fight it, but if one uses its agility to evade my boom attack, I'm not always expecting it to have the energy and maneuverability to spin around and shoot me in the ass while I'm zooming away at high speed.
