it's great to have at all levels of int, as no matter what it increases your net xp gain over time, as even at 15 int it will still proc 'sometimes'.

So I'm almost at the end of hole in the wall and after hacking or unlocking the terminal for the last door I fail to get the "open door" command. Any idea how to fix this or what might be causing the problem?

anyone else feel like 4 has next to no replayability?
like there is no character build options outside of "use guns" or "don't use guns", next to no actual quests that aren't "go clear X out" or the insanely compelling "go clear X out and get X" and pretty much every faction quest can be done in one play-through
pretty much every dialog/choice in the game is meaningless and, as we all know, each dialog "option" is generally the exact same thing said slightly differently.
games ok, I guess, I just don't see it having an eighth the replayability that NV or even FO3 had.
