3.5 * (1 + 0.5 + 0.2) = 5.95 (truncated/rounded to 5.9?)
10.5 * (1 + 0.2) = 12.6
I'm not sure about the melee damage multipliers, but either way I'm happy with this

Static lights don't seem to want to work properly if I walk into Sanctuary on foot from a long trip away, but they load just fine if I reload a save file that's here or fast travel. There is no Minutemen questline. Once you get the Castle that's it until the end of the game. Bethesda fucked up factions so bad. There is no development in any of them
They should get better equipment and have more of a show of force out in the wasteland as get farther into their questline.
